This year, I spent Thanksgiving with an old friend of mine who I haven't seen in 7 years. I thought I should make something special and so I did. Originally, I was going to make mashed potatoes and then I realized that I didn't have enough ingredients (or should I say, Publix didn't have enough purple splendor potatoes in the shelf.) So I ended making this and it still came out really well. I will make purple potatoes someday and post it here. This is how I made it.
Ingredients: 2 3-4lb. packages purple splendor fingerling potatoes*** 8 sprigs of rosemary 3 tbsp. olive oil a pinch of kosher salt a pinch of freshly ground black pepper (***= can be found at Publix) Steps:
