I have taken 4 years of the National Prostart Program. Through this program, I have obtained food-service management, sanitation, and catering skills. I have experience in catering anywhere from 25 people to 600 people at one time. I also have experience in "under-pressure" situations (i.e. making 1,200 cupcakes in a matter of 7 hours.) I have also completed Year 1 of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association's (FRLA) "Lodging Management Principles" course. I have attended several seminars at Johnson and Wales University about different culinary and hospitality aspects. I am currently attending Johnson and Wales University in North Miami, FL, as a Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management major.

I worked both the front and back of the house doing many different jobs, including: cleaning and sanitation, serving food, and taking orders. I worked as a line cook now at "The Cook and the Cork" in Coral Springs, FL., from June 2014 to February 2015.
I am ServSafe certified, a certification that I received in May 2012 and that last for 5 years. I am also ServSafe Alcohol certified, which I received in January 2015. Certification proof will be given upfront.
