I found a pack of quinoa in my pantry and came up with an idea. I'm going on a trip in a week and I need to start a diet so why not start with a quinoa salad? Here's how I made it:
Ingredients: For Quinoa 1 cup whole grain quinoa 1 3/4 cups water 1 packet chicken bouillon For salad 1 ripe roma tomato 1 celery stalk 1 carrot, julienned 2 tbsp. olive oil 5 tsbp. balsamic vinegar (trust me it is not overpowering) 1 tbsp. dried oregano 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar Steps:
